The Animas is one of the last free-flowing rivers in Colorado. The Animas is a river that you should definitely fish.

The San Juan River flows through Pagosa Springs on its way to Navajo Reservoir, the "upper" San Juan is a good freestone river with good caddis and stonefly hatches.

The San Juan River below Navajo Reservoir is arguably the best trout river in the world. The San Juan offers big fish, lots of them, and you can catch them 365 days a year!

The Los Pinos River flows below Vallecito and is bordered by private land so make sure to book a reservation with us if you'd like to fish here.

The Upper Dolores flows through an amazing canyon and should be explored.

The Lower Dolores River flows below McPhee Reservoir. Although its not a raging river, it's set against beautiful rock cliffs.

The Williams Fork Creek flows from the Williams Creek Reservoir into the Piedra River.

Spilling out of the Wemunuche wilderness, this classic trout stream offer good dry fly opportunites and a suprising diversity of fish.
